This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Yabanci+ ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Yabanci+ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Yabanci+ is a roommate finder, flatmate matcher, and community marketplace platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.
2. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy
CRITICAL NOTICE: Zero Tolerance UGC Policy
Yabanci+ maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy towards objectionable, abusive, or harmful User-Generated Content (UGC). There is no tolerance for users sharing offensive, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or fraudulent content on this Platform.
Because the Platform allows users to post roommate requests, items for sale, profile details, and chat messages, you agree to comply with the following content requirements:
No Objectionable Content: You must not publish any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
No Illegal Activities: You must not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including drug trafficking, housing fraud, cyberbullying, or copyright infringement.
Report Mechanism: The Platform includes clear mechanisms for users to instantly report or flag objectionable content. Any reported item will be reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Blocking Mechanism: Users can instantly block any other user. Once blocked, the blocked user cannot message you, view your posts, or interact with you.
Moderation & Removal: We reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any user content at our sole discretion. Violating content will be removed within 24 hours of reporting.
User Banning: Any user who produces objectionable content will face immediate suspension, temporary ban, or permanent account termination without refunds for any remaining credits.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
Yabanci+ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the mobile application on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
You agree NOT to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Platform.
Distribute, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the application or access to the Platform to any third party.
Use any automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to collect data from the platform.
4. Consumable Coins and Virtual Purchases
The Platform offers in-app purchases of virtual "coins" to unlock listing options, roommate matches, or other promotional features. The purchase of coins is subject to the following rules:
Coins are digital consumables meant solely for use within Yabanci+ and do not represent any real-world currency or cash value.
All coin purchases made via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store are final, consumed upon purchase, and strictly non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Zero Tolerance UGC policy, all remaining coins in your account will be instantly forfeited and will not be refunded.
5. Account Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms, including our UGC content rules.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies of the application in your possession or control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YABANCI+ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, TIMEOUTS, OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS. ALL MEETUPS, ROOMMATE AGREEMENTS, AND PAYMENTS ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YABANCI+ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
7. Safety Guidelines
Yabanci+ values community safety above all. We advise all users to adhere to the following safety rules:
In-Person Only: Never send money to someone you have not met in person.
Protect Bank Details: Do not share your IBAN, credit card digits, or sensitive banking details in private chat threads.
No Prepayments: Do not pay for rent, deposits, items, or services before seeing them in person.
Report Suspicious Activity: Report any suspicious activity, fraudulent ads, or spam to our support team instantly.
Platform Role: Yabanci+ is a platform for connection; we are not a party to, nor responsible for, any private agreements, financial transactions, or meetups.
8. Governing Law & Contact
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
